What you think you need. A camera count, a service from the list, or simply a description of what the audience should end up seeing.
Roughly what you have to spend. This is the one people leave out, and it is the one that helps most. It is not a negotiating position, it is how we tell you quickly whether your ambition and your budget are in the same place, and what to do if they are not.
What is worrying you. Connectivity at the venue, a nervous stakeholder, a tight get-in. The problems you name early are the ones that do not become surprises later.
